unfailing love, unfailing God

today had cms meeting with our south region rls rachael and cheryl yay!! haha seems like both years of my serving in ministries i have a rl named cheryl.. haha..oh and it seems like the real ppl are really cool cause they had some bible verse test today or sth and i see cheryl so hardworking all the best girl! =) oh oh rachael gave me this towel which she so sweetly customised.. thks rachael.. you are so sweet!! :) rachael touched on the topic of revelations today and it was really another new experience.. everytime when it comes to talking about revelations or the end times, different ppl have different things to say, advice, warn, and encourage. actually revelations we may think its very scary but it is not.. cause its an account of like a friend telling you a secret and it happens that this friend is our Heavenly Father who wants to reveal to and tell us.. but it just depends on whether we want to listen and believe anot..
"Blessed is the one who reads the words of this prophecy, and blessed are those who hear it and take to heart what is written in it, because the time is near."
revelation tells us the conflict between good versus evil and it unfolds alot of future events. revelation talks about the seven churches in the past but yet the content is still relevant to us and still can be applied and learnt from today. sometimes its really weird why people find answers by reading horoscope, palm reading and etc, knowing that the future can actually be found in the bible, or better, in God. revelation also depicts about what will happen in future, and throughout the bible, it teaches us how to live our lives right before the Lord and whether this life on earth can bring us to heaven or to hell. hell is a really really really scary place, like 10,000 more times scarier than the scariest place on earth and its really beyond imagination. if one day when the rapture happens and you happen to be left behind, then something must be wrong. so what if we were to serve so faithfully in the ministry, taking care of God's people, ushering, worshipping Him at all costs.. but still left behind.. ultimately it is the relationship between you and God that matters. if you have no relationship with God, no initimacy, all your efforts in the ministry will be wasted..
so we must always have a relationship that is on fire with God, always be pure in mind before the Lord and work and walk with the Lord with fear for He is God. i also learnt that God is unchanging in at least 3 things- His power, initimate presence and love. just like how Jesus spent time with His 12 disciples, when we spent time with God, we God's royal priesthood, can definitely shine the coldest heart! =) and to those christians out there we should yearn to hear the trumpet's call daily, for it is meant for God's people to be heard! be patient with the world right now, persevere, serve God's purpose and everything will fall into place. when we take care of God's business, He will take care of ours.

after praying for you today, i suddenly feel that the invisible barrier is gone!! God indeed helped me realise that if our friendship is God-based and God-centred, everything really falls into place amazingly..

God's unfailing love for you all.. =)
