haha in the morning itself Nicole and I went to church together and then realized that everyone was late! and then later realise that everyone should be reporting to g2 cause of some emergency and yixian was like super pissed..until really quite scary..then yixian, David, Kia kiang, Nigel, Nicole and I had to walk from church to redhill mrt which is a really long walk then halfway we heard running footsteps from behind and I saw tiffany ran towards me and then cover my eyes! I was like stunned and next moment I heard alot of noises..after a short while b1's hands get to turn sweaty hahaha which is so funny cause she felt very gross but I still love her..! :) then after I opened my eyes in front of me was a birthday cake with all yellow candles!!:) it's so nice!!:) haha and the cake is really nice cause there's white chocolate on the top and normal chocolate for the cake which taste awesomely nice!!:) haha after we went back each of them gave me something yellow and they all wrote their notes in the birthday cake box hahaha..they are so sweet and they all wore yellow too hahaha except for kah sheng and Rafael but it's ok!:) still "roll eyes at them" :) but Rafael said that t

on tuesday which is the month of feb my mummy asked me out and we went to toa payoh to have dinner and bought some stuff..we went to this value shop and we two saw these three tweety bird candy-like things and they are so cute!! but cause one of them is pink eeeee and they are very ex about three bucks..I decided not to buy..ok hold that thought then..as mummy and I were heading home we tried some tongue rolling cum sound making thing which is so cool!! hahaha and we kept laughing on the bus so I am sure everyone would think that we are two lunatics haha..but wow thank God for that night cause it's been long since both of us had such a fun time!!:) then I went home and was typing my testimonial whole waiting for the day to come..when the day came I was so excited!! haha and the first was Joanne who is my primary school friend haha..then at around twelve fifteen I heard the sound of keys and in pop my mummy!! so I was like so sweet! cause I thought she purposely came for just to say happy birthday at twelve haha but then after that I heard Nicole and elo's voices ad followed by Josh lui Josh Ng ah gong and Kenneth!!!!!! I was like so super shock can!! yeah and I was surprised by the surprise! they very nice..so so sweet! elo got a pair of yellow slippers for me it's very very nice!!:) and Josh lui and ah gong baked cookies for me haha quite rare uh..haha and Josh Ng went to find a lighter for me which cost sixty one dollars so they didn't buy..thank God they didn't if not I will feel really bad..and thanks kenneth for the mango cake! :) we then talk quite a while and then Josh Ng ah gong and Kenneth left and then ya elo and Josh lui stayed for the night!! haha they so sweet to have accompanied me for my first eight hours hehe..they are such an awesome bunch of people!! oh oh the most amazing thing is that everyone came in pairs!! my mummy and ah hua yi.. Nicole and elo.. Josh lui and Josh ng.. ah gong and Kenneth!! so cool..:) really thank God for them..:)

after ballet I went to meet my primary school friends around somerset..I kinda like taking 190 cause it's a really long journey and plusmore there's highway and I really like the feeling..:) then I shopped at 313 Harris for a while before meeting them at orchard central..we ate our dinner at heaven's loaf at level eight and the ambience is awesome!!:) cause it's an open air area and the night view is very very nice!:) hahaha the food is super ex can! like one pizza is about 18 plus cheapest? so in total the five of us ate only two pizzas which cause us 49.20 in total..and we are not even full cause each of us have about three to four slices..while we were eating our hair kept flying around cause it's super cooling..and we heard birds kept chirping and returning to their nests hahaha..and we saw lights moving on the sky and even saw UFO!! haha I guess only when you visit that place then you can understand haha..and we realise how poor we are..and that next time we must have an appetizer, main course and dessert on everyone's twenty first birthday!:) so cool so cool!!:)
after we finish eating they brought me a cake!!:) this cake is a total different one!! cause it's got my name and they decorate the icing thing on top which looks so nice!!:) its like a yellow background with very colourful flowers at the side and the flowers are those kinda flowers that I love!!:) the flowers are like the kind of biscuits that we usually eat when we were young? whereby there're different colours of icing on top de and I love those kind of biscuits!:) overall the cake looks just so awesome!!!:) its the best cake I have receive so far in my entire life it's very very nice!!:) but the place doesn't allow people to celebrate birthdays with cakes unless you pay about thirty five dollars? it's so weird right! haha so they secretly sing birthday song for me and cause I was too shocked by the cake that my birthday is saying grace hahaha..oh well dont think it will be my only birthday cake haha..then cause we are not so full so swen entice us to eat a banana nutella toast thing which sounds super nice so we decided to go there and try! its all the way at far east so to save on adult fare we walked all the way there..
the shop is called tom n toms coffee!:) it's a Korean version of starbucks and there is this room that is situated at the corner which looks super cool to be in it! but cause the aircon inside broke down so we decided to stay outside which is good too lah..hahaha then we ordered banana nutella thick toast, mango smoothie and cookies and cream torncinno! torncinno is part of the coffee which I thought I won't like it cause I hate coffee and I always cannot stand the smell haha..ok then they asked the people working at the toms whether can celebrate birthday..and they said actually it's cannot de but they cut some slack ya so nice right!!:) oh one thing very cool about toms is when you are waiting for the food to come hahaha it's a very nice surprise so shan't spoil it here!:)
so when the food came the toast looks super awesomely good lah!!!!!! and it's super nice! looks very nice and the taste is just brilliant!!!! and hahaha it's my top favourite food now!!! it used to be shepherd's pie but this one is so much nicer!!:) haha and I tried the cookies and cream torncinno and it's so super good!!! yes it has coffee taste but it's like almost zero and the whole thing just taste super nice!!:) love it too!:) it kinda change my view about coffee haha..and the people at toms are really nice cause since it's my birthday so they gave us an apple strudel and said it's on the house! so nice and somemore it's quite a big portion!:) so so happy!!:) haha then we talked a lot of rubbish stuff like hoodies and cream hahahahahahahaha and then we had a prize ceremony!!:) they are so sweet they gave me a box with tweety bird plasters, a bear-like post-its, a drawing of a tweety bird card, a rabbit pencil box with a yellow doreamon pen in it, a super awesomely nice tweety bird pullover and a thingy!! hahaha the pullover and the thingy is what I have always wanted!!:) so happyyyyy!!:) haha love them all and thks to Amanda Joanne wan swen and xue er for celebrating my birthday!! though Ruth is not here but know she remembered!! hehehe love the six of us to bits....:):):):):):)

people you loved
throughout this mission trip and also the following days, so far until sat night, God has shown me something which is closed to my heart.
during the mission trip, i had a chance to work with kids and many things screwed up so everything failed. everything fall short of what i had expected. it was then i realise that God had started to show me his heart. but God didn't stop here.
from tues to fri, i have met my match. i guess i was too complacent about the gift i thought i had, but this friend of mine was just so different from the rest. i didn't know i would actually be like that, so interested to know and find out but yet, it may be just a dream. then today, its those little minor things that had made me felt God again.
elo and ya told me that its good that i found out today and this side. i was also quite amazed at the extent of how it had affected me, but i had seen it clear today and i thank God for showing this to me too. it isn't a bad thing but at least i realise that its not just what i wanted so i was errr..ok lah quite indifferent about it..
despite all the disappointment and hurts i've had from man, God still gave me awesome friends to be here for me..like elo, who i know that she always remembers the small small things and would text me to ask me how was it..my next prayer would be that God would gave me a memory to do likewise..for ya, i was thankful that she confronted the issue of informality to me and also, we both realise that we can be friends but never colleagues cause one is too "anything" while the other is too "perfectionist" haha..for honeypi, thanks for lending me things which no one would lend me, and tolerating my nonsense and my "urgency" HAHAHA and thanks for all the fun and retarded things we do together! :) for elvina, thanks for allowing me to know about your life and i think that itself is the most comforting thing that you have given me.. :) for denise, thanks for the plan or new year resolution that we share which made us closer! :) for tiffy, thanks for having the heart to care for shash and always asking about me and the friends around me.. :) for kenneth, thanks for understanding and taking the effort.. :) for joey, thanks for noticing and then following up via texting cause it really meant alot.. :) for jernine, thanks for being so weird and haha always hi-fiving me and R-U-O-K with me! :) for huiyi, thanks for caring especially when i didn't expect it.. :) for yixian, thanks for being so sensitive and always see things which people don't see cause i really felt appreciated.. :) for sonbry, thanks for the fun and laughter when working with you! :)

ok cool! yes finally i got my precious back from sonbry! i missed my precious real book so so much that i couldn't even write my reflections about CP now immediately.. but because of that i still thank God for it :)oh well today during youth service we danced every move i make and everyone of stage is super duper cool! hehe and i personally really enjoyed it! haha although jernine kinda screwed up cause he really cannot coordinate his hands HAHAHA but i'm very glad that he is my dance partner cause his weirdness always make me laugh!! hahaha :) and rafael really did an awesome job on emcee-ing! haha i think he's really natural cause like even though he made a mistake, he just laughed it over and not nervous at all! haha real people are just so awesome! so many hidden talents! :) and samuel did a great job sharing his testimony, cause he is really genuine yeah.. :) next joey preached and i learned alot! even though some of the points i have heard it during real but they still gave me a new feeling after hearing them the second time..here are some points that struck me..
-the biblical idea of excellence is each believer reaching his greatest potential
-give your best shot, over-do your ministry, cell, church and even your family
-if we are patient with people, they will surprise you one day (this is so true)
-revival comes not by the pursuit of programmes but the prayer of people
-church exists to make us holy and not happy
-the greatest gift you can give to young people is to believe (this is so true)
i was really really happy to be with my lovely girl again on friday. that night, i saw a different side of her and i really wanna thank God for tiffy for not giving up on her..she said you prayed and i was so so so happy when i heard that and in my mind i kept saying thank you Lord. i dunno what has made her u-turn but i thank the Lord for it really really.. :) gosh, i really really am so glad.. :)
and today met tiffy and had a talk for a short while and its only after talking to her then i realise how much i miss her too cause i didn't see her on friday. and i realise too that i gave both of them the same smile, the smile of missing..and i really really wish that i could spend more time with them..and that i could pray with them more often..
ok then on sat morning, elo, ya and i went out and i really love going out with the two of them! i miss elo so so so much! i saw her kindness even though she is in the midst of not so nice people and the love she had for kids..today i also saw her gentleness towards us and her alittle sorrowful tone(thats what i feel though so shall not jtc-jump to conclusions) when she talked about her bestfriendship..really pray that she could believe in the Lord..
ok next at night i went with mummy, kor and hui ping to buy iphone! and i got one white one! hmmm cannot really feel the happiness yet i guess..but soon soon..yeah..

REAL mission trip to bintang
this is my first mission trip and its great! hmmm the reason why i said its great not because everything that had happened there are happy stuff but because there are highs and lows and there are so many take-aways..ok basically went from 23rd jan to 25th jan (sat to mon)!
22nd jan! fri! :)
talked about fri first.. :) had real and yes finally went for real after my trip to genting and its only until i see them then i realise how much i missed them, cause i know that although everyone was tired and not smiling when they see me(when they should ar!) but i realised i just smiled when i see them.. >< hehe then there was planning to be done for the whole entire day. i thought it would be very boring and slow but it was very fast and exciting! we did like super many things! :)we watched a video on how to dance the song, "every move i make", draw a "+" and a "-" sign, nicole, gaomin, samuel, jialiang, nigel and i started to draw and colour super nice pictures! :)haha we took alot of photos too, so basically it was a fast day though we are quite slack haha..oh then at night i went to night safari with the auzzie ppl and mummy. one of the highlights are the bats place but it closed! so sad! but this time i got closer to the flying squirrel! so i guess it compensate for it yup! hmmm and gosh, after this, i got super scared and wouldn't wanna get near you at all but as for the other one, i'm happy to be with you cause you've taught me alot of stuff :)ok then we went to mustafa and cause of some miscom, in the end mummy and i had to search for the auzzie ppl for so long and we had to search every corner of the building from bottom to top floor..now i am super familiar with the place already..yeah oh well, so they went off and i would miss mel, wenggor, richard and simon..they two are so adorable! :)

yayyy first day of mission trip!! hmmm it didn't start off good cause due to some hiccups we had to delay the mission trip or cancel it!! we were like oh my gosh..so scary..but thank God that in the end all's well so phew..so all of us set off to batam first then bintan! then we went to eat lunch at some restaurant and the food was so good! haha it wasn't the kinda mission trip that i expected haha..ok next kah sheng, joshua and i are supposed to lead some events for the children's church but i think cause like we don't have enough planning and that the place is very small that we didn't expect it..but i think the saddest thing is the children's response..yeah..then that night ya was very anxious about the event on sunday morning cause she is in charge of children's church too..so that night many ppl came to our room to help nicole to come up with plans and games and events and they did so many funny things!
24th jan! sun!
yayyy the children church thing is very successful and the kids are so cute! :)yeah..then the next big event is the planning of the youth programme! I was paired up with sonbry! haha forever working with him de..and we are in charge of the skipping section in which we came up with a super cool title and that is SKIP THE TITLE! so cool right! haha i think we are just too smart..>< haha and he ar..forever so detailed..haha but it is his strength too! :)
25th jan! mon!
we went to the tuition place and taught the kids tuition and when we have to pray with our eyes open, the feeling is quite scary..but somehow the place is too crowded so rafael, joshua, nicole and i went to the barren place there and play chap tay and play throwing stones and super amused by the wells..yeah..then we went back to singapore via ferry and super many things to reflect upon..yeah..everything is brief now yeah..cause its kinda hard to say..yup! :)
